WE LOVE making you happy! That's why we decided to give free access to two of ourdaytime showcases during the event. If you're free during the day on Thursday Nov. 15 and Friday Nov. 16, there's no reason for you not to come out and watch so many cool bands (14 in total!!!) from the Official Selection and all this... for free!

Here are the two shows that are now open to everyone:
 

- The M for Montreal and Bande à part showcase at Café Campus/Petit Campus.
 

- The CMW, Manitoba Music and MaMA event stages at Café Campus/Petit Campus.

M FOR MONTREAL'S INTERNATIONAL STAGES

For the third consecutive year, M for Montreal joins forces with many world-renownedinternational festivals to present various international stages during the event in November. Featuring local and international artists, these international stages are the result of a fruitful collaboration that ensures having Montreal, Quebec and Canadian artists present at these festivals as part of our M on the road series and our M for Montreal showcases. 

 
M for Montreal is proud to present the following collaborations and international stages:

- Iceland Airwaves stage

- Bumbershoot stage

- Canadian Music Week stage

- MaMA Event stage

M FOR MOVEMBER, CLOSING EVENT!

M for Montreal and its partners join the cause to present the first edition of M for Movember as the closing event of M for Montreal’s 2012 edition. Five hours of music and stand-up comedy with guests such as MC Gilles, Yann Perreau, Boogat, Catherine Pogonat, Adib Alkhalidey, Jérémy Demay… starting at 10 p.m. November 17 at Club Soda.

THE CMJ MUSIC MARATHON STAGE AT M FOR MONTREAL!

A month after our showcase at the well-renowned New York festival, it’s now our turn to welcome CMJ Music Marathon in our home turf! M for Montreal presents in collaboration with CMJ, the CMJ Music Marathon stage where PS I Love You, Mac DeMarco, Young Galaxy and No Joy will play next Thursday November 15 at Sala Rossa!
