M for Montréal is proud to collaborate with John Londoño to present his project Snapshot Sessions. This series celebrates our common goal of making local and international talents shine. With #SnapshotSessions Londoño gives you exclusive backstage access to artists passing through Montreal.
Presented by the Phi Centre, Lozeau and Hachem, the exhibition will run from November 20th to December 12th, at Phi Centre. Free entry.

Session #1 - Grimes
John Londoño is a photographer, cinematographer and music video director living and working in Montreal. Throughout his career he has worked with a variety of artists such as Grimes, Sigur Rós and Crystal Castles. Parallel to his work, he has been building a series documenting bands coming through Montreal: shooting them quickly backstage, in tour buses, hotel rooms or spots near the concert location. So far, Snapshot Sessions includes artists such as Beck, The Kills, The XX, The Dandy Warhols, Coco Rosie, The Black Lips, Justice, Juliet Lewis, Mac DeMarco, Conan Mockasin, Courtney Barnett and Alvvays.
